LimeWire announces their debut NFT collection, LimeWire Originals

LimeWire, the once popular file-sharing site, has relaunched as a digital collectibles marketplace for art and entertainment. Their debut NFT venture, LimeWire Originals, is a collection of 10,000 Ethereum NFTs that will give owners access to LimeWire events, monthly rewards and additional drops.

Monthly rewards for the LimeWire Originals will be given in the form of LMWR tokens, the native token for the new LimeWire platform. LimeWire plans to hold a public sale for this token in Q4 of this year.

The LimeWire Originals collection will contain as many as 500 unique attributes, including expressions, hair, headwear, clothing and more. Each Original will cost $750, which can be paid by credit card, Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC. LimeWire is aiming to minimizing the number of Originals a single buyer can purchase, although exact details of this have yet to be announced.
