Food Fighters Universe (FFU) has announced a collaboration with rapper Snoop Doogg on a new "immersive retail dessert experience" called Dr. Bombay's Sweet Exploration, revolving around the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC).
In a video posted to twitter on June 2nd, Snoop Dogg can be seen teasing the upcoming partnership, while wearing a "Dr. Bombay" (BAYC #6273) hat and shirt. The video was shown during an event at Bored & Hungry, a BAYC themed restaurant that is also associated with FFU.
In addition to Snoop Dogg (né Calvin Broadus Jr.), his son, Cordell Broadus, will also be joining FFU. The younger Broadus was in attendance for the April opening of the Bored & Hungry restaurant.
The Bored & Hungry restaurant was founded by Andy Nguyen, a BAYC holder and Souther California Restaurateur. Nguyen is also a founder of FFU, alongside partners Kevin Seo and Phillip Huynh. FFU plans to launch it's own NFTs on Ethereum at some point in June.
“We’re beyond excited to have Snoop and Cordell in the Food Fighters Universe,” said Nguyen in a statement. “This is the first of many concepts to come from our Web3 restaurant group, and we couldn’t ask for better partners than Dr. Bombay and Champ Medici.”
